SPORT: CELTIC REINSTATED IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Celtic’s reward for reinstatement to the Champions League, is a playoff round tie with Slovenian side Maribor.

The Hoops are back in Europe after Legia Warsaw were thrown out of the competition for fielding an ineligible player for four minutes of their second leg win at Murrayfield.

Celtic have been awarded a 3-0 victory in the second leg and go though on the away goals rule.

Legia say they will appeal the decision.

Arsenal face a tie with Turkish side Besikas.

Both Celtic and Arsenal are away for the first legs of those ties which will be played on the 19th and 20th of this month.

In the Europa League Tottenham will be away to Cypriot side A-E-L Limassol in the first leg of their playoff round tie.

While Hull face a trip to Belgium for the first leg of their tie with Lokeren.
