Former Derry City striker Mark Farren has passed away following a long battle with illness.
Warm tributes are being paid to the 33 year-old Donegal man from the football community.
In a stellar career Farren collected many accolades including the player’s player of the year award while on his way to becoming Derry City’s record goal scorer.
