SPORT: VAN GAAL EXPECTS TO HAVE SOLE CONTROL OVER TRANSFER ACTIVITY
Louis van Gaal says he has handed the Manchester United board a list of transfer targets, and a list of those who can leave Old Trafford in the summer.
The Dutchman also claims he will have sole control over their transfer activity.
Van Gaal will assume the reigns at Old Trafford after Holland exit the World Cup with Ryan Giggs assisting him.
