THERESA MAY TO MEET LEADERS IN THE NORTH OVER STORMONT IMPASSE

Britain’s Shadow Northern Ireland Secretary says the Good Friday Agreement must be protected in order to sustain peace on the island of Ireland.

DUP and Sinn Fein leaders will meet with the British Prime Minister today to discuss the ongoing crisis.

Shadow secretary Owen Smith says the North needs to return to power-sharing as it’s at the heart of the Agreement.
