A County Wexford man has spoken of his ordeal of how his life changed as a result of being wrongly taken off tracker mortgage with Permanent TSB.
It has now emerged that at least 20-thousand cases have been identified.
Thomas Ryan says he suffered a stroke at age 47 and appealed for the banks to do more.
