White House officials have denied reports the US President asked the head of the FBI to drop an investigation into one of his adviser’s ties with Russia.
It’s claimed Donald Trump spoke with then-bureau director James Comey about Michael Flynn, saying “I hope you can let this go”.
It’s the latest in a series of controversies to hit Donald Trump and his team.
